Join Us for the 9th Annual Fill-A-Bag Food Drive in support of the Kemptville Salvation Army Food Bank.  This food drive meets a very real need in our community, and has successfully provided food for Christmas Hampers and filled the shelves of the Food Bank for the past year.
 
The food drive works as follows:on Sunday November 26th an empty grocery bag will be dropped off at as many residences as possible in North Grenville.  Residents will fill the bag over the course of the week and place the filled bag on their door steps or mailboxes.  Volunteers will return on Sunday December 3rd to collect the filled bags and bring them to the distribution centre.  
 
The food drive would not be the success that it has been with out the generous support of our community.  To make this drive happen we are looking for individuals, community groups or teams of 2-3 people who are willing to deliver the empty grocery bags and pick up the filled ones.  Volunteers are also needed to sort the donated food and for other administrative tasks.  You can sign up using the secure form on this page or by calling 613-258-4815 x 100.  Thank you for your support!
